Welcome to Enterprise Standard (“Enterprise Standard”, “ES”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Enterprise Standard website, digital platform, membership ecosystem, events, exhibitions, summits, networking programs, awards, Enterprise Review, business opportunities, lead-generation services, and other products and services made available by Enterprise Standard (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, registering for an event, creating an account or profile, applying for membership, participating as a sponsor or exhibitor, submitting a business requirement, interacting with another participant, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. ABOUT ENTERPRISE STANDARD
Enterprise Standard is an enterprise-focused ecosystem designed to facilitate:
- Enterprise intelligence and insights
- Business and professional community
- Events, expos, summits and networking experiences
- Executive and business engagement
- Expertise, advisory and knowledge initiatives
- Recognition, awards and benchmarking
- Digital enterprise discovery and connectivity
- Business opportunities and partner discovery
- Enterprise Review and media initiatives
- Lead generation and business matchmaking
- Digital tools and platforms supporting enterprise relationships
Enterprise Standard may introduce, modify, combine, discontinue or expand Services from time to time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must provide accurate information when registering or using the Services.
Where an account, membership, event registration or commercial participation is created on behalf of an organization, the individual completing the registration represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of that organization.
Enterprise Standard reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access where:
- information provided is materially inaccurate;
- the user misuses the Services;
- the user violates these Terms;
- participation may create a security, legal, reputational or operational concern; or
- required eligibility or verification conditions are not satisfied.
3. ACCOUNT & PROFILE INFORMATION
Certain Services may require registration or creation of an account, organization profile or participant profile.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate information;
- keeping login credentials secure;
- updating information when necessary;
- preventing unauthorized access to your account; and
- all activities undertaken through your account, subject to applicable law.
Enterprise Standard may verify business or professional information where reasonably necessary for the integrity of the ecosystem.
4. ENTERPRISE PROFILES & DIRECTORY
Organizations participating in the Enterprise Standard ecosystem may create or maintain business profiles containing information such as:
- Organization details
- Products and services
- Business capabilities
- Leadership information
- Industry information
- Media and content
- Certifications or recognitions
- Contact or business enquiry information
Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted by them is accurate, lawful and authorized for publication.
Enterprise Standard may review, moderate, update, restrict or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, offensive, infringing or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
Listing within the Enterprise Standard ecosystem does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee or recommendation unless expressly stated.
5. BUSINESS CONNECTIONS & MATCHMAKING
Enterprise Standard may facilitate introductions, networking, business matchmaking, buyer-seller interactions, investor connections, partner discovery and other business relationships.
Such introductions may be based on information, preferences, requirements, business profiles, event participation or other available criteria.
Enterprise Standard does not guarantee:
- that a particular introduction will occur;
- that a prospect will respond;
- that a meeting will take place;
- that a commercial agreement will be reached;
- that a transaction will be completed; or
- any specific revenue, investment or business outcome.
All commercial discussions, negotiations, transactions and agreements between participants are solely between the relevant parties.
Enterprise Standard is not a party to such transactions unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. OPPORTUNITIES, RFQs & LEAD GENERATION
Enterprise Standard may provide functionality for:
- RFQ submission;
- lead generation;
- business enquiries;
- partner requests;
- proposal development;
- CRM and opportunity management;
- deal collaboration; and
- related business workflows.
Information submitted through these services may be shared with relevant participants or solution providers where reasonably necessary to facilitate the requested business interaction and subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Enterprise Standard aims to facilitate relevant and genuine business opportunities; however, no particular commercial conversion or deal closure is guaranteed.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating the suitability, credentials, pricing, legality and capability of any organization or solution provider with whom they interact.
7. EVENTS, EXPO, SUMMITS & EXPERIENCES
Enterprise Standard may organize or participate in: Expos, Summits, Seminars, Think Tanks, Roundtables, Workshops, Networking sessions, Executive forums, Awards ceremonies, Business meetings, Product or solution showcases, and Other physical or digital experiences.
Event dates, venues, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, programs, formats and schedules may change where reasonably necessary.
Enterprise Standard reserves the right to modify the event format, floor plan, session structure, speaker lineup, timings, access arrangements and operational procedures.
Event participation is subject to the applicable registration, ticketing, membership, sponsorship or exhibition terms.
8. EVENT ACCESS & PARTICIPATION
Tickets, passes, invitations and access credentials are issued for the individual or organization for which they are registered.
Participants must comply with: venue rules; security requirements; event guidelines; health and safety requirements; access restrictions; and instructions issued by Enterprise Standard or venue authorities.
Enterprise Standard may deny or restrict access where necessary for safety, security, operational or compliance reasons.
9. SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION
Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are subject to separate commercial proposals, agreements, payment schedules and applicable schedules.
The availability of sponsorship categories, exhibition spaces, branding positions, speaking opportunities, lounges, pavilions and other assets is subject to confirmation by Enterprise Standard.
Unless expressly agreed in writing: sponsorship does not guarantee sales or revenue; exhibition does not guarantee lead conversion; speaking opportunities do not guarantee audience response; business introductions do not guarantee transactions; and projected visibility or reach figures are estimates and not guaranteed results.
Enterprise Standard may curate sponsor and exhibitor positioning to maintain the overall quality, relevance and experience of the ecosystem.
10. MEMBERSHIP
Enterprise Standard may offer individual, professional, business, executive, corporate or other membership programs.
Membership benefits, access levels, pricing, credits, eligibility, duration and privileges may vary by membership category.
Membership does not guarantee: business leads; investments; sales; partnerships; employment; media coverage; event speaking opportunities; or any specific commercial outcome, unless expressly stated in the applicable membership terms.
Membership benefits may be updated from time to time to improve the ecosystem.
11. AWARDS & RECOGNITION
Enterprise Standard may operate awards, recognition, benchmarking, certification or related programs.
Awards may involve: nominations; eligibility screening; submission of information; evaluation; jury review; shortlisting; finalist announcements; and final recognition.
Awards are governed by the applicable award rules and methodology.
Participation, nomination or payment of a nomination fee does not guarantee selection, shortlisting or winning.
Where applicable, Enterprise Standard may charge category-specific nomination, participation or related fees.
Judging and evaluation will be conducted according to the applicable published or communicated methodology.
Enterprise Standard reserves the right to disqualify submissions containing materially false, misleading, plagiarized or fraudulent information.
12. ENTERPRISE REVIEW & CONTENT
Enterprise Standard may publish or distribute: Enterprise Review; interviews; reports; articles; case studies; thought leadership; company profiles; event content; photographs; videos; podcasts; digital media; and other editorial or promotional material.
Editorial, promotional or sponsored content will be handled according to the applicable commercial or editorial arrangement.
Submission of content does not automatically guarantee publication.
Enterprise Standard may edit, format, shorten, reject or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary.
13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users may submit profiles, descriptions, images, videos, documents, company information, proposals, requirements, testimonials or other content.
You represent that: you have the right to submit the content; the content does not infringe third-party rights; the content is not unlawful or misleading; and publication or use of the content does not violate applicable law.
You grant Enterprise Standard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, format and communicate such content for operating, promoting and improving the relevant Services, subject to applicable law and any specific commercial agreement.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Enterprise Standard intellectual property, including: name; trademarks; logos; visual identity; website design; platform architecture; written content; graphics; videos; reports; publications; event concepts; proprietary frameworks; methodologies; databases; and other materials are owned by or licensed to Enterprise Standard unless otherwise stated.
No user may reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit Enterprise Standard intellectual property without prior written permission.
15. PARTICIPANT CONTENT & BRAND MATERIAL
Sponsors, exhibitors, members and partners retain ownership of their respective trademarks, logos, business information and other proprietary materials.
By participating in Enterprise Standard activities, you authorize Enterprise Standard to use approved brand materials for the purposes agreed under the relevant participation, sponsorship, exhibition or membership arrangement.
Specific commercial agreements may contain additional intellectual-property and branding provisions.
16. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & EVENT MEDIA
Enterprise Standard and its authorized partners may photograph, record or otherwise capture event activities for documentation, editorial, promotional, marketing and archival purposes.
By attending an event, participants acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photographs, videos or other recordings, subject to applicable law.
Specific media or content rights agreed with sponsors, speakers, exhibitors or partners will be governed by the relevant agreement.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The Services may contain links, integrations or references to third-party websites, applications, services or platforms.
Enterprise Standard does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices or performance of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
18. PAYMENTS, FEES & COMMERCIAL TERMS
Prices, fees, taxes, payment schedules, deposits, refunds and other commercial conditions may vary by Service.
Where applicable, the relevant commercial proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, membership terms, sponsorship agreement, exhibition agreement or other written agreement will govern the transaction.
All applicable taxes, statutory charges and transaction fees will be handled as specified in the applicable commercial documentation.
19. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT & CHANGES
Enterprise Standard may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify or cancel an event or activity due to circumstances including: venue availability; operational requirements; regulatory requirements; government restrictions; public emergencies; natural events; force majeure; safety considerations; or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Refunds, credits, transfers or adjustments, where applicable, will be governed by the relevant ticket, membership, sponsorship, exhibition or commercial terms.
20. BUSINESS INFORMATION & CONFIDENTIALITY
Users should exercise appropriate discretion when sharing confidential business information through the platform, events, networking or matchmaking services.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Enterprise Standard does not assume responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed by one participant to another participant.
Users should use appropriate confidentiality agreements where commercially sensitive information is being exchanged.
21. PROHIBITED USE
Users must not use the Services to: engage in unlawful activities; provide fraudulent or misleading information; impersonate another person or organization; infringe intellectual-property rights; distribute malicious software; conduct unauthorized scraping or data extraction; abuse or harass other participants; misuse contact information; send unauthorized spam; manipulate rankings, awards or platform systems; interfere with the operation of the Services; or use Enterprise Standard data or infrastructure for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Enterprise Standard may suspend or terminate access for violations.
22. DATA & PRIVACY
Enterprise Standard may collect and process information required to provide and operate the Services.
This may include registration information, professional information, organization information, event participation data, business requirements, communications and platform activity.
The collection and use of personal information is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy of Enterprise Standard.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy.
23. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS OUTCOMES
Enterprise Standard is designed to facilitate connections, visibility, intelligence, engagement and business opportunities.
However, Enterprise Standard does not guarantee: sales; revenue; investment; funding; contracts; partnerships; lead conversion; deal closure; specific media reach; specific website traffic; specific event attendance; or any particular return on investment.
Any projections, estimated reach, expected meetings, opportunity values or other commercial metrics presented in proposals or marketing materials are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
24. DISCLAIMER
The information provided through Enterprise Standard is intended for general business, informational and networking purposes.
Enterprise Standard does not warrant that all information will always be complete, accurate, current or uninterrupted.
Users should independently verify information and conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into commercial, investment, partnership or other business arrangements.
Enterprise Standard does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice unless expressly stated under a specific Service.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enterprise Standard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the Services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, anticipated savings or goodwill.
Enterprise Standard's liability, where legally permissible, shall be limited to the extent and amount specified in the applicable commercial agreement or, where no separate agreement applies, to the amount paid by the user for the relevant Service during the applicable period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
26. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enterprise Standard, its affiliates, employees, representatives, partners and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from: breach of these Terms; misuse of the Services; unlawful conduct; infringement of third-party rights; fraudulent or misleading information; or transactions or disputes between the user and another participant.
27. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES
Enterprise Standard may modify, enhance, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services from time to time.
Where commercially material, reasonable notice may be provided through the website, platform or other appropriate communication channels.
28. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS
Enterprise Standard may update these Terms from time to time.
The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
29. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to any applicable dispute-resolution provision contained in a specific commercial agreement, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in [Hyderabad, Telangana, India] shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
30. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any specific membership, sponsorship, exhibition, event, awards or other commercial agreement, constitute the applicable understanding between the user and Enterprise Standard regarding the relevant Services.
Where a specific written commercial agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.
