Certain information may be displayed publicly or made available to authorised members, delegates, partners or ecosystem participants depending on the visibility settings and nature of the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted by you is accurate and that you have the necessary authority to provide information relating to your organisation or other individuals.

When you register for or participate in an Enterprise Standard event, including OGT, we may collect information required to: Process your registration, Verify your participation, Issue badges, passes or credentials, Provide event access, Facilitate networking, Enable meeting and matchmaking services, Provide relevant event communications, Manage event operations, Provide sponsor, exhibitor or partner services, Improve attendee experience, and Maintain event records.

Event photographs, videos, interviews and other event-related content may also be captured during Enterprise Standard events.

5. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

If you apply for or purchase an Enterprise Standard membership, we may process information required to: Create and manage your membership, Provide membership benefits, Verify membership status, Provide access to member services, Facilitate networking and introductions, Communicate relevant member opportunities, Maintain membership records, and Process payments and related transactions.
